THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SAFETY AND YOUR LIVES OR YOUR MONEY!!!!! I have been going here for about a year and every time I have went to get service and something was not completed on my car. Several times my fluids were not filled on my car and had to bring my car back to them. My brake light was out and I had to find that out and point it out to them. Services that I asked for wasn’t completed but was charged for. I had a recall on my car and they installed it wrong and had to bring my car back up there. It can put my life and other drivers lives at risk. Every time I get an oil change I have my tires rotated but I don’t think ever even rotated my tires. I was informed that I needed 2 new tires because they were worn down and I needed to have 2 tires replaced immediately. WE WERE HASTY IN GIVING THIS SLEAZY DEALER A GOOD INITIAL REVIEW -- they were fine then, but they stink on ice now. The Story: We went to Marietta Auto Mall Center due to a very-low-mileage 2012 Scion xD they had advertised at a very fair price, and we ended up buying the car. The salesman helped us but we were pressured to leave them a good review before we left with the car. Just before leaving we found a rear reflector missing, and the salesman said they did not have a spare, but they made no offer to help us find one // or to do anything on a ten/thousand/dollar sale. Recently, I found a square by the rear door which appeared to have been patched up, so I wrote them for information -- I wrote them no less than FOUR TIMES, and all those email inquiries were totally ignored. Finally, they wrote back that our salesman had left their employment -- AND CONTINUED TO IGNORE OUR CONCERN ABOUT WHETHER OUR CAR HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT! Shame on them! ...read more
