DO NOT RENT FROM HANSEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT also known as MEADOWS OF GWINNETT also known as AMERICA'S REALTY ATLANTA, INC!!!I have been renting property for many years and i have to say that this is the worst company I have ever encountered. They sucker you in to believe they are a small family-owned that care about you and the property and it is a total lie! Once you sign the lease and give them your money, you will no longer exist to them. They totally ignore your maintenance request and will not return your phone calls or email. The "business" is a small, dark, filthy room with a desk, phones, food everywhere, and kids riding around on toys.I wish I would have investigated further into this company before I started renting from them. Worst company I've ever rented from. When u r new they treat u like they are a good company but once you've been there a while they could care less about u. They don't answer maintenance requests and when u bug them and finally get thru they act as if you are bothering them. Secretary VERY VERY unprofessional!
