The only reason they get a single star is because I had to. The fence they built looks great. They have not fixed minor details that they said were no problem, in 3 months as of this post. They hit our electrical and sent an uncertified electrician out to fix it. Also, never do anything with these guys unless you get it in writing. Said they would stain my fence as part of the deal. Now they are saying it wasn't part of the deal and asking for more money. Don't waist your time with this company. They claim superior customer service. But, as soon as you ask them to fix or finish something they don't return calls promise to contact you later. After 3 months I finally talked with the owner. After I confronted him and didn’t t back down to his bullying he hung up on me. When I called the manager the owner picked up the phone said I couldn’t go around him because he "owns all the dame phones“ and still tried to bully me.
