Ms. Pat was my travel agent when I wanted to take my family to Europe last year. She was very patient with me. My family made several changes to our itinerary and she worked with us continuously. She never got upset nor turned her back on us. Once we settled on a definite route, Ms. Pat made sure that all of our requests and desires were met and we had an absolutely wonderful time.
