I visited Wendy's on this past Sunday and a few other times before that. There is a Manager named Barbara that is so rude and has 0% people skills. I ordered fries when I looked at them they had no sea salt on them and they were over cooked and dark brown. When I asked her for a replacement she just told me they were fine and just go over there and get a pack of salt and put in them. For one they were over cooked and two salt does not stick when the fries are cold. I have spoke to other customer and they agree she needs some customer service training. ...read more
