I am not typically a honey eater or for that matter prone to writing product reviews BUT this stuff is soooo... incredibly delicious! When I opened the jar there was this waxy stuff on the top which I had never seen before on any other honey so I took my finger and scooped some up and Oh..My..Lord, this was so good, in fact it tasted more like a candy than honey, the texture was not liquid but rather firm and light in color.
