Forest Surgery Center Billing Dept is a nightmare to deal with. Stay away from this place. After a routine outpatient procedure in 2013, Forest Surgery Center submitted one item for payment, labelled "Surgery" for more than $42,000 with NO itemized breakdown whatsoever of the various service charges that totaled to this unusually large total bill. Repeated requests were sent to the billing staff at Forest Surgery Center that have been ignored or denied in a simple request to itemize in writing the separate surgeon, other doctor(s), nursing, equipment, supplies, and recovery room changes on this total bill. They will overcharge you with no explanation whatsoever.
