I had a management related question I wanted to ask the Store Manager. Ms. Robin, who identified herself as the store manager refused to allow me to speak with the store manager as she needed more information from me before she would even mention the name of the store manager. I find this quite disturbing and disappointing for a Christian (Retail) bookstore to disappoint a regular customer of theirs. I asked her 'Would Jesus deny me the information about the store manager?" and she replied, "Oh, yes he would." I asker her again politely , if I could speak with the store manager and her reply was "we can play this game all day long" unless you give me more information. Unbelieveable customer service, for a so-called 'Christian' organization if it is! People need to understand and spread the love of Christ and be Christlike in all aspects of our life. ...read more
