Awful service. Installed a non-functioning unit. Took over two months to get it fixed. Tech repeatedly said they would be there the next morning to fix things and never did. Several days we were told they would be out only to have a no call no show. When they finally did fix the unit, they never came to the door. They also left holes all over the yard and trash. Will never use again and suggest others to do the same. ...read more

City Water is coming!!

The City of Tallahassee just started laying the water lines for our neighborhood within the past 3 weeks.  It seems to be close to completion and now is the time for our neighbors to begin deciding if they are going to connect to the City Water system or stay with their well water.  Our main advice to them is to be VERY aware of UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS offering them lower prices on installing these water lines.  Florida Statutes state that it IS illegal for an UNLICENSED PLUMBING CONTRACTOR to intall anything outside of their specific licensee requirements. In simple terms, if you are not licensed to install any type of plumbing indoors or outdoors, it IS against the law.  So if you know of anyone living near or in the neighborhood of Munson Slough/Blue Sink area. Please inform them of the risks taken when allowing someone who is not licensed to provide this type of work for them.  Have them give us a call and we will try to answer any questions they have. ...read more
