I have lived in Flagler Pointe for 2 years now, I just renewed my lease to live here a third year. I am a student and really like the community. It is 10 minutes from my school, 10 minutes from the beach, close to everything. They have nice amenities too. The laundry rooms are great, need new machines but they are nice nonetheless. They have a business center with iPads that I can print out things for my schooling. Also, the pool and my apartment are great. I am very happy with the price. ...read more
