BAD, BAD, BAD experience. I would rate this store a (-) if the choice was available. They promised to pay my cancellation fees which I had them write in, on the contract, before I signed. It has been over 7 months of empty promises that they will take of it. The owner finally yelled at me that she refuses to honor the contract. I am out over $360 because these people would lie and promise you anything to get you to sign into their contract. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am calling Sprint and keep updating this. ...read more

I've been using MoreInkForLess now for my business over 3 years. Sometimes equipment goes bad (because of electronics), and Tom has ALWAYS made things right! No haggles, no complaints, no arguments - Tom, Tommy and their whole team take customer service to a higher level! If you are NOT buying your toner and ink cartridges from them, you are LOSING money. You can't tell the difference in the "big store" brands and cost is much less. So, why pay the difference if you can't tell the difference.
