Highly recommended! Got my 360 back up and running and showed me every step of the way. Even explained what shodddy work I had received from a local shop. If you need 360 repair, don't send it in to Microsoft, have James take a look at it, even if you have to ship it over, trust me its worth it. ...read more

First time I have used Your IT Tech Solution and I will certainly be using them all the time now! Already asked a few friends to call with their computer problems too! My tech guy came over to my house and did all the leg work for me! I just paid for the parts and called him when they came in and 24 hours later, I HAD MY COMPUTER BACK!
