I have been waiting over a year to receive a refund from this company. The aggresive salesman told me the Dell Sirion 2200 was new and in a sealed box. It was not. They did not display their refund policy as required by Florida Law. They want to offer me a credit of $850.00 for the $1078.00 plus $28.98 in shipping costs plus all my time contacting them.
