If you have been thinking about selling your home in Orlando and you want to get top dollar from the real estate transaction, follow these easy steps on how to get your Orlando home in selling condition:  1) De-clutter your house! If you are like many home sellers, you have accumulated many things throughout the years. The more "stuff" you have, the smaller and less spacious your property will look. Rent a storage unit and empty your house of all the trinkets, family pictures, collections of whatever, excess furniture, etc. Try and rearrange the furniture in your house in a way that gives each room a more open feel to it.
