This company has absolutely no business running a company. The have no phone etiquette. They continously harasse their customers and are not knowledgeable of their payment system. Management does not help either. The secretary is very uneducated, rude and very unprofessional. I do not understand how they could let a person like that stand on the front line of the company. The secretary in particular, her name is Jennifer. Very much noticeable when speaking with her, just how much she hates her job. She has hung up on me several times and to top it off she has called me names. This goes to show how miserable she is. I would NEVER ever buy from them again. I regret the day I signed.
