There are many choices in New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater and Port Orange for screen printed t-shirts and embroidery. NSB Clothing Company recently encountered a situation which is rather common and we wanted to pass along our customer's experience. We were approached by the owner of an established local restaurant last week who needed t-shirts printed for a Bike Week event. This person had been ordering from a local 'broker' who does not actually print or produce t-shirts - but resells apparel. The business owner had received his order and the shirts were printed wrong - and he needed the order in 3 days for the Bike Week event! This local business called NSB Clothing Company when the seller told him they could not replace the shirts and deliver in only 3 days. NSB Clothing Company told the customer "NO PROBLEM"! Our full-time graphic artist completed the artwork the same day. Since we ARE the manufacturer - we were able to accomodate delivery of shirts in just 2 days! NSB Clothing Company was fully booked during Bike Week, but our owner is devoted to providing the very best service in the area. Our production crews worked overtime and the restaurant owner got his shirts in time for the Bike Week event. Now we have a customer for life. First, you should ask how long has a company been in business.... screen printing and embroidery companies tend to come and go like the seasons and months. During our operation since 1998, we can remember over a dozen various companies throughout the years. Once they shut down - customers lose their designs, artwork and set-up. Next, consider WHO you are buying from. The trend now is for people to 'moonlight' and re-sell embroidery and screen printing services as a hobby (working from home). Remember, everyone who handles an order has to mark up the product. Someone who is a third party has a hard time controlling quality, speed of delivery and other production conditions.
