After a search for VA loans in Florida all pointed to ""Nate Tasso"" at CORE Mortgage Financial I decided to give him a shot. When he first answered it was ""hello?"" <food chewing> This should have tipped me off from the start. What kind of business answers their phone this way? When getting my info he answered my phone calls promptly but once he felt I wasn't a money maker for him he ignored all my calls even though something changed on my end he said days before would help. Finally I called his 866 number and got through and he had a rude attitude. Maybe if he would've just explained things and gotten back with me promptly I would have came back in a year when things changed. NOT NOW! One thing I have learned in my business even if they are not your customer now, they will be in the future, treat them with respect. ...read more
