I am having a horrible experience with this company, they give you quote but they don't go by it, you get expenses added as you go, they never return phone calls, out of 1 month working on my pool and deck they probably worked full 5-6 days, the rest were all promises, now the pipes are leaking, the pump is not working, and they are not in any hurry to fix the problem, I continue to get promises but no real work has been done. He sent the a filter basket for a different model pump (confirmed by the documentation included in the box) than my order. Later he said I should have ordered something else (could be true) but doesn't acknowledge shipping me the wrong part. I sent images of the part in my confirmed order and the part delivered. They are clearly not the same. Very emotional and insists that I must pay shipping to return the basket and that it is my fault. ...read more
