I will say that this is one of the prettiest and cleanest Publix's I have ever been in, but that is where it ends. The customer service here is almost nonexistent. When I moved to the area I was thrilled that this was going to be MY Publix. Then I was greeted with the horrible reality that I was better off shopping at a Walmart! Being right outside of Avila I would think that there service would be top notch. I guess the old saying of money doesn't buy happiness rings true. The only friendly people here are the ones who stock the isles. If you want to shop at a place where smart aleck children run free - and I am talking about the employees - then this is the place for you. I go to this dunkin about 3 times a week with a huge order of drinks, and everytime i receive ok service but my the drinks are always made wrong, this time a young man, vicent or victor i can't remember the name, not only did he give me good service, he remembere all the drinks and made each one perfect. And conducted him self in a very professional and respectful way. I will only get my drinks from him from now on. ...read more

This Carrabba's has a very big problem with the attitude of its staff. Basically unless they like your looks you get a table by the lavatory! This is an insane way to run a restaurant but the geniuses posted at the door seem to think it is their task to judge and sentence restaurant patrons to tables in Siberia unless they meet the vacuous approval of the "hostess." Equivalent service then follows. I have seen this happen and heard about it from others about this place, and these guys are edging close to a lawsuit for their attitude. everytime i go to arbys they have the greatest customer service i have ever seen and the food is always hot and fresh and it is always ready really quick. the atmosphere is inviting and the staff is well trained and the managers there are so polite. becauase i of the service i get i am always thinking arbys! ...read more
Gourmet popcorn is a beloved Northern event that near and dear to my Northern heart. I get homesick every now and then wanting real hot cheddar sheese popcorn or fresh buttery caramel. I'm more than disgusted with the annual popcorn in a tin that have been seal and packaged over a year ago. And where are all the chocolate drizzled popcorn? Poplicious Gourmet popcorn have brought to the greater Tampa Bay area the Northern flare or real, freshly made, 27 flavors of popcorn.
