This is my personal opinion as a consumer located in Lehigh Acres. $132.57 per hour for my 1.75 hour part replacement. 1.75 hours and $232 dollars. Thats an average of $2.20 a minute Great work but be sure to clarify pricing before they start. The first hour is $116 ($72 first 30 minutes and $44 for the second 30 minutes) no matter the reason for that visit. Example, lets pretend they stop out and identify the problem one day within 30 minutes($72) and need to return the next day because they do not have the part in stock. The second day to install the part will be $116 first hour and $88 for each additional. Furthermore if they quote you a price of $150-200 and the job only takes 1.25 hours($138 in billable hours) they will still charge you between $150 and $200. Watch the hours! The contractor showed up at my house at 8:35 and was complete at 9:50, thats 1.25 hours. He thought it would be easier to round up to 1.5 hours, not at $2.20 per minute. incomplete no room ...read more
