Love these guys! Being a woman, I'm always a bit hesitant about any maintenance that has to be done at an auto repair shop. These guys took all that anxiety away. The owner, Brett, was at the shop daily and was very educational and informative about all repairs that needed done. He explained thoroughly the repairs that were needed now, and those that could wait and why. I was in and out fast and if the great service wasn't enough, the price made it all the better. I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon which made a high pitched squealing noise when I turned on the A/C. I brought it to the Toyota dealership where I was told I would need new belts and other parts to stop the noise. The total cost would roughly be $400. My fathers friend recommend getting a second opinion at Arctic Freeze, a shop he has used in the past and has been happy with. I took it there for a second opinion and they told me my belts were fine and they just needed to be tightened. The total cost was $15, the noise stopped and the A/Cs been fine for the past 3 months. Most honest and careful technicians anywhere!. These guys are amazing! I have been taking my cars there for the last 2 years...since the first time a car dealer told me that I had to spend $800 to fix my car, and I went to Arctic Freeze for a second opinion...they told me that the car just needed a service, and fixed my problem for less than $100!!!! They saved my mom from having to buy a new engine on her car...Brett and Marshall there take the time to SHOW us what's going on with our cars, and to teach us how to AVOID having the same problems over an over again. We do whatever they tell us to do with the cars, and our family's expenses on car repair have been cut in HALF since we met them. I HIGHLY recommend them to you!
