Never get your hair done at this place. They are completely unprofessional and their students and instructors have no customer service skills. Your dog will be treated better at a groomer than at this place. Worst mistake I ever made! I went here on a recommendation, not cause it was less money. My hair was not finished because it was time for their student to go home. My money was not refunded and they never once apologized. The instructor acted like they were doing my hair for free. I cannot remember the last time I have ever felt so humiliated and upset. They left my hair drenched and tangled cause they needed to go home. I had paid for my services ahead of time. I was left with black dye and my clothes got ruined. I called the director Liz to complain and she never returned my call. I called her back and she basically said she didnt believe that happened. Funny thing is all her students and instructors were there as witnesses. Ive never received such bad service and disregard for anyone. Please do not make the mistake I made and go here.
