Brought a rice burner in with carb problem, sitting to long. Simple cleaning. Backfired mucho to much. Brought it back shop looked at it and said no problems. I was told manufacturer did not know what they were doing as factory specs are all wrong......???? They must have made simple adjustment as problem decreased but problem still evident. After numerous times in his shop, the bike is still not running right. It runs worse now than when I took it there. His response is always cant find any issues with it. I think he lets it sit in the corner for a few months, then brings it back to me. I would not recommend any one use the shop for anything. The only good thing is he will come get the motorcyle and take it to his shop then after several months will bring it back if you cant get it too him. He gets an F grade from me. ...read more

This rating pertains to the great service performance by Jacksonville Powersports service team and the work they have done to my bike. I have moved here three years ago and purchased their motorcycle maintenance service plan. I have no regrets. The plan saved me several hundreds of dollars and would highly recommend to anybody in the area with a bike to purchase their maintenance plans to keep your bike in excellent condition.
