Got Engines Inc

We purchased a 2008 Ford F150 engine from Got Engines back in September of this year. It took some time to get to the mechanic's shop. When the mechanic put the engine in--there were items found in the oil pan by the mechanic. A picture in an e -mail was sent to Got Engines. When the e-mail was received by GE--there was to be a replacement engine sent. No response letting us know the e-mail was received along with no reply about the replacement engine. This company--we felt we could trust back then. There have been phone calls and e-mails sent to this company. Replies--not many--if any!! Not only are we dealing with GE--we are now dealing with SW Engines. Supposidly the replacement engine is sitting in SW Engines warehouse taking up space!! REALLY?? I also don't understand why the replacement engine can't be sent at the same time SW engines truck driver picks up the BAD engine from the mechanic. Oh yes--I was e-mailed from someone at SW Engines saying they could do that--BUT we would be charged for another engine!! WTH!! VERY UNIMPRESSED BY THESE COMPANIES!! It is NOW beyond FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED! It is now Dec. 28th, 2015 and nothing has happened in order for ALL concerned to get satisfaction and finish this transaction!! No way to run a business and no way to treat a customer. We felt good about this company-when the engine was purchased on Sept. 8, 2015!! The feelings HAVE DEFINITELY CHANGED!!
