I booked them for my wedding, i paid extra for a DJ who will also be an MC. The day of my wedding, i walked in to my venue to find a DJ who only spoke spanish so no MC services. Then they were not there to tear down and the place was closing. I got the run around about how the truck was stolen and couldnt get there in time. We had to tear everything down, i was promised a refund and it has been more than 30 days and now i dont get a call back, no one answers my calls or emails. Sometimes i call and someone picks up and hangs up on me. Day of event no one asked me to go over to review the decorations, tried to get a hold of the person i delt with and he was not even there at all, not even through the phone, i had to have someone else as a middle person who would answer the only phone number i had and she would call him at his cell phone and then get back to me.
