My husband and I have a house that we are remodeling in Gainesville to get ready to rent it out. We come up there on a weekend and try to get as much stuff as we can done. It usually takes us several weekends. We would like to hire about 6 laborers to help us for a long weekend in February and hopefully get everything done in 3 days. This would include inside painting, floor refinishing with sanding and polyurethane, carpet removal, pressure washing, replacing vanities, replacing toilets, removing small amount of wall paper and other smaller odd jobs. Very unprofessional. I had two maids and for two hours all they cleaned was one bedroom and one bathroom and not very well. They claimed they mopped and swept the kitchen floor but crumbs were still everywhere. When I called to announce my displeasure, the owner was very rude but did offer to come back the next day. The next day they came by and were extremely rude and condescending. When I mentioned the floor, the owner completely ignored me and said it looked clean to her. They are a cleaning service, they should offer services better than the average person could clean. And for $75 dollars an hour, I expect better cleaning and better service.
