Attention: THEFT!!! \nWe thought that this is a reputable store, but owner Ben cheated 3 valuable antique clocks out of us (and the actual owner of the clocks, a 92 year old gentleman). \nAfter being sweet all the way through, having dinner at our house twice (for what he is suddenly charging 600.- for his time spent over here), he had what he wanted: Ben took with him 5 clocks for evaluation. \nAfter disturbing phone calls and therefore us going to the store to get back our clocks, he turned out to be a scam artist! Only 2 clocks could be retrieved with the help of the police. Furthermore Ben stated to the police, that he only got those 2 clocks, and not 5. Onsite estimate was twice the on phone of estimate. Repair guy spent less than 5 seconds to give the new quote. He didn't learn anything further than the info I supplied on the phone. His attitude was condescending. I'm taking the watch elsewhere! ...read more
