I insured a package two months ago. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit. I have been trying to fill out a claim for almost two months. The owner will never call me back. I even provided all the information in writing to make it easier for them to fill out the claim. I walked in today since I still had not received a call. There was no record of the transaction. The clerk just stated, "It's my last day here. This place is awful,". I will never use them again. I have lost over $160.00 due to their incompetence. ...read more

Celine Michelle is as excellent as Fort Myers wedding photographers could ever hope to get; for that matter, after seeing her work from around the world, it shows me that she has world class talent. As a high end wedding/event planner for the Heitman House in Historic Downtown Fort Myers, I understand that every single suggestion I make not only reflects back directly unto me, but unto my business. Celine Michelle is immensely talented, poised, and enjoyable to work with. I not only recommend her to all of my clients, but have hired her now on a few occasions to do photographs of my family. On the last shoot that she did with my partner and I, she captured both casual and formal photographs. Celine Michelle made us so comfortable that it actually became fun for us (not always the case with family/couples shoots), and it brought out emotions, attraction and love for each other that we had almost forgotten could exist. Those photographs have now become such treasures to us that we love and remember them as one of our happiest days together.
