OMG used to be the original on hold company, we used them at our Tractor and Farm Supply store since the 80's. They helped me again this year and did a good job, they updated their music selections (finally) and we did an alternatiing voice package with seasonal changes. The cost was good and they include the USB player. All in all it was very good. Now that we are in the 21st century, video tapes and film are obsolete.
