We buy our tennis shoes here every year. Always great service, great products. I bought a pair of tennis shoes here that came apart after only 8 months. I sent them back to the manufacturer and they replaced my shoes with a horrible color. I took a chance and called the store manager here, and he identified the style of the shoe. (I'm thinking to make sure it was a current model). When I told the manager, he said to bring them in and they did an exchange for me! I didn't have my receipt but I brought in my bank statement just to show what we spent there. Anyway......WE had great service and hope you all try this place out! They've been there for many years so they are doing it right! ...read more

I bought a shirt, decided to return it 10 days later, unworn & in the same condition I bought it. The store "manager" said no cash refund after 7 days, and exchange only within 2 weeks. When I bought the shirt, there was no sign displayed saying this. Poor "manager", said she would be yelled at if she refunded my purchase after 10 days. One of the owners was sitting behind the counter, when I asked if he was a manager, he said no, and directed me back to the "manager." Obviously didn't care about their customers, or even their future business. I ended up exchanging the shirt, but I will never be back. Sports Authority is getting my money now. Sports Authority has better selection, better prices, and better service. ...read more

BEING A GOOD HOCKEY PARENT
FIRST ENTRY: BEING A GOOD HOCKEY PARENT Please try to let the coaches do their job. They should be trusted to make the correct decisions when it comes to running the team both on and off the rink. Playing time is something parents always concern themselves with. iIn most cases a coach trys to keep playing time as close to equal as they can, (in rec. programs). Playoffs and certain game situations do not allow equal play. In travel hockey, rink time is earned. EQUIPMENT YOUR CHILD DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE BEST GEAR IS FOR THEM ,YOU ARE THE PARENT, MAKE THE CORRECT CHOICESWITH THE HELP OF A TRAINED AND HONEST SALES PERSON. ...read more
