They are the best, I have been using them over 5 years. They do a fantastic job. I have two big dogs and when people come to the house, they say they would never know. They have done my carpets since I owned this house. I have light beige carpets and they are in great condition because of ACR. I am 7.5 months pregnant and recently my dog got really sick in my bedroom and I couldn't bring myself to go in there. My husband called them, and they postponed another job to come and get it cleaned up. I didn't think they would be able to get the smell out (it was horrendous) but you would never know. Also, one time my husband spilled house paint all over the room and tried to clean it up but it was stained into the carpet. Of course, we call Steve and he was able to get it out!! I trust them enough to leave a blank check, go run my errands while they do their job, and they lock up. I've never had a problem with them, they are great people. I highly recommend them. ...read more
