Been doing business with this Medicap for a couple of years now. Was very happy with their personalized service. But since Caremark told me if i want to get my full amount and pay the lower price for my pain meds, i had to go to CVS and fill them no brainer. But now CVS is out of the one, so they told me to check around, as i was going to run out, and that is not a good thing for pain meds. Went back to Medicap. And I was told no, not unless I moved all my pain meds back to his store. In which case Caremark, was only going to fill have the amount and charge me more for the smaller amount. I explained that to pharmasist and did not matter, he would not fill it. I still have 2 other scripts there, but will be pulling them out after his actions and refusal to fill my valid script from my Dr, Talk about blackmailing someone to get their business?? and to do so loses him all of my business. What a way to run a small pharmacy. I can't believe someone above his is aware of his actions. and I will find out who that is and make them aware of this. as now I am out of meds and have to wait for someone else to get them in next week. But he lost his customer for good. plus any others I tell, as I know others that I have told about this place. What a pile of BS. ...read more

Personnel are marginally helpful and often overcharge. Upon questing they often use incorrect insurance or none at all, and need to make corrections. Know your formularies and rates and check each charge. If they say they will call you, don't believe it. Follow up on everything or you will wait and be consistently annoyed. ...read more

I don't like the fact that I have to take so many meds for my condition (inability to speak clearly or at all), but everyone at this Walgreens has been extremely patient and pleasant with me. \t\n\t\nThe pharmacy employees take the time to talk with me and ask if things are improving. In a way...terrible to be such a frequent customer! But they do make the experience more pleasant. \t\n\t\nThe only negative is that the store hours are surprisingly limited for such a large population in the surrounding area. When the doctor called in the prescription to Walmart I called ahead to see if it was ready yet. After being on hold for an hour I finally found someone to talk to, she said she couldn't find it at first, but then realized the name was spelled wrong and said the prescription would be ready in 30 mins. Three hours later we went to pick it up and they had no record of the prescription at all, after we insisted we spoke to them and they did have it, half an hour later they finally found the prescription. Unfortunately they didn't have enough medication and gave us 3 days worth and told us to come back Monday and they'd have the rest. Monday evening we came back and they again had no record of us ever having a prescription with them, had none of the medication, and had no record of ever needing to order more of it for us. So now I have to find another pharmacy because we need the medicine right away and since they again can't find the prescription, they won't even order the medication for us. There are lots of other pharmacies in the area, I hope to find a good one and suggest you don't waste your time on this pharmacy they certainly won't take the time to take care of you. ...read more
