Pure scumbag. Didn't even bother to look at the house before he listed it. 500 sq ft smaller and 1 bedroom less than it really is. After stopping a low ball deal he's decided to sue. Pure lazy scum. I rented a house from rts. and i will never do it again. They dont fix anything. MY A/c stopped working in the middle of aug. I called them 4 times to come fix it and they never did. They raise your rent when ever they feel like it. And they will also enter your home with out telling you.I found out from my nieghbor that they were in my house. And it`s not just me i know of 7 people off the top of my head who will tell you the same thing... ...read more
