I was Monica's (owner's daughter) first instructor. I remember when David and Uta purchased Lake Lindsey EQ. I was there this weekend for a camp out. I was pleasently surprised about how much David and Uta have grown the place! Not only have they improved the property but they have also improved in their horsemanship! I was happy to see Monica still taking lessons. I was very impressed with their trainer and instructor. He was very, very knowledgable and it showed in his quiet way with the horses! I watched him with beginner children riders and also with adult advanced riders and although he is more qualified to train upper level riders, he was suprisingly good with kids! Anyway, it's a beautiful property, they are good people who love horses and they have a terrific trainer.. what else do you want in a barn? ...read more

I had such an amazing time up there over the weekend. I cannot wait to go back in December! I seriously wish I could be there everyday, I wanted to cry when I had to leave. It is such a peaceful and serene property. The horses are well taken care of and happy (especially Sadie! haha) and everyone was so polite, kind and thoughtful. The jump field was fantastic with well designed jumps. I loved how there was a lot of arena's to choose from such as the nicely sized speed arena, the dressage arena, the jump field and the cross-country course. Oh the cross country course, how amazing is that! That was my favorite thing on the property! Not only was it the most fun arena, but it's the the spot to go if you are an aspiring photographer. ;) There is just so many amazing things to say about this place that I don't believe I can squeeze it all into this one tiny comment box.
