Paid a premium for only 29 sq.inches of Quartz countertp because we thought we were dealing with a reputable company. After the installers left we realized that our stovetop sat an unacceptable 1 inch above the counter tops. When we called them to enlist their help in solving this problem, we were told, "We don't do stoves". All this company does is countertops – surely this has happened before. Furthermore, they should have alerted us to the fact that this was a possibility before the installation ever took place. They then proceeded to take advantage of our situation and charge us another $500 to remove and reinstall the countertops after we had a carpenter make adjustments to our cabinets. To anyone who is considering using the services of a professional real estate agent, I would highly recommend Chrissy Brahler. I was challenged with the task of finding a real estate agent in the Bradenton, FL area to sell my parent’s home after my father passed away. I live near Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. After contacting several agents through the internet and having phone interviews, I decided to hire Chrissy. I have known a lot of real estate agents, and even sold real estate myself for a few years. There are some good ones, and then there are some that are not so good. Chrissy is by far the most professional, service oriented, and overall best agent that I have ever encountered! She was right on! In very short order we had an offer that was very close to the listing price, and it led to a flawless closing within 30 days. I don’t know that I have ever had a closing, either buying or selling, that has been handled so well. Since I was about 400 miles away, Chrissy went above and beyond the call of duty with her services. She made sure that the home was looked after, always locked, and made arrangements for cleaning. She offered suggestions for other services that we needed, and they were very good suggestions. Chrissy is the absolute best in my book.
