Absolutely do not do business with this guy Wolf. This guy did two repairs for me on stackable washer/dryer units I have in two diferent rental apartments I own. He bullied me into agreeing to have him service my units at exorbidant prices, however I was busy like usual with many other things and didn't want to be bothered with having to pay for and deal with replacing the units and the amount was around $280 for the repair compared to $600 or so to replace the units. He promised this would fix the problem. He promised he was in the business for so many years, trust me I know what I'm talking about, blah, blah, blah... So less than 2 months later the unit once again stopped functioning (same issue as before) and he blamed it on my tenant putting too large a load in the machine. This was absolutely not the case. I confirmed it with the one person who uses the machine who is extremely trustworthy and honest and has been my tenant for 5 years without a problem. Wolf tried to bulldoze me on the phone and claimed he would not warranty any of the work he did. So here I am having to buy a new unit less than 2 months after his $280 "repair", or should I say "scam". Wolf is a thief and I encourage anyone considering using him to beware. I have never written a review, let alone a negative review for any service provider I have ever used but I feel compelled to do so since I got scammed by this guy Wolf. ...read more
