DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I never write bad reviews about anyone, but this place is awful. I ordered 2 jewelry boxes as presents for my neices. I searched high and low for these jewelry boxes, but every website said they were sold out or back ordered. This site said it had them in stock. I looked at their policies, and it says"Please note, orders may take 1 business day to process."Based on this and the 5-7 business days for shipping, I would have them in time to get them engraved for Christmas. I get an email a couple of hours after I placed the order, and it says my items will ship in 4-7 business days, which is contradictory to the 1 business day to process. I emailed to inquire about this, and this is the response I get. "Hi,Sorry the site says it MAY take 1 business day to process. This item has been on back order at Lenox for some time and I will have it in about 7 business days to ship out since orders are filled in the order we get them. The person writing the cards for a florist should definitely know how to spell. They spelled my husband's name wrong and mis-spelled ""Valentine's"". Update 2/15 - the above was my reveiw from yesterday. If I could give these people negative stars I would. I am sick right now over how they ripped off my husband. He paid $212 and I got 20 roses. No, not two dozen - 20. I went to their website and they had advertised two dozen long stemmed roses were $115.....you could upgrade to the deluxe with the fillers etc for $140 FOR TWO DOZEN (plus $15 delivery). all smiles and charm. How fake! We chose a ring that was in store. A better ring was shown online that was unavailable til after wedding (1 week). They assured me that the easiest way was to get a Jared card "interest free" and put both rings on the card to make transactions easier if the better ring was chosen and first ring to be returned. The ordered ring was def "the one" very happy. 1st prob is they said it held 1.5 ct stone. took to jeweler and it didnt. they wouldnt change head and i had to pay for a new head. Had to go back and forth and waste lots of time and aggravation. 2nd prob was since first ring was returned the second ring was not valid for rewards promo, so i got scammed out of that. 3rd prob was the bill that came 2 months later with an interest fee and unauthorized payment protection plan fee! Scammers!! Took over two hours on phone to finally get charges off. Finally the "new" manager realized that the stone wasn't purchased with Jared. Bottom line they are scammers and pushy salesman. They will call you too much and leave messages if you visit and leave while you shop other stores. Then they push for their credit card. If you do not enjoy shoppin in big department stores and like one on one attention this is the store to be in. Their selection of clothes are really wonderful. I have found so many things in this store from great outfits to unique presents for my boyfriend to teddy bears for my son for Valentine's Day. As a long time shopper of Publix (3 times a week) I was very disappointed to find the Vanilla Layer Cake with Chocolate Fudge icing which we have loved for years has been stripped of the heavy fudge icing that made this cake a real winner. Instead, the bean counters have decided to CUT DOWN on the amount of fudge icing around the cake. What a tradgey to distroy what was the best layer cake around, better than Doris' which sells for twice the price. I don't know if this was a one time thing, or a change in the recipe to save money, if so, i will no longer purchase the cake. I thought of using Edible Arrangements to send a gift to my wife on our marriage anniversary. They delivered the gift (chocolate covered strawberries), the strawberries smelled like cigarettes smoke as the delivery man was smoking cigarette in the delivery truck my wife appreciated the gift but ending up throwing them in trash. Pathetic. Please beware of this particular shop. I contacted the shop and told them about my experience, but they never ever returned back call to me, so i think this is how it works.
