They made mistakes on my taxes 2 times. Then they were not willing to do anything for my wasted time in dealing with there mistakes. On top of that I was lied to twice about the resolution of there mistake, and ended up having to deal with the extra paperwork on my own. Isn't that why you pay them to do your taxes. I would suggest that if you use there tax service you review your return or have someone take a second look at it. The real sad thing about it is I have been going there for many years and just withen the last 3 years have had problems. The other sad thing is the 2 times there were mistakes, the 1st time it was the actual owner of the business, and this time it was his wife that made the mistakes. All the other times I have had a differant preparer besides these two I haven't had any problems. After many years of being a loyal customer They have lost my business and that of my family.
