They were supposed to come between 10AM and 12PM, never showed up. Got a call at 12:10 saying they would be 20 minutes late. They were 40 minutes late, then spent 20 minutes in the driveway talking on the phone and doing paperwork. We finally told them to get off the property. Called the company and got no apology, only more sales pitch "do you want to reschedule?". Definitely wouldn't trust them with a toilet if they can't make a call saying they're late - in the days of cell phones there's no longer an excuse for that.
