Devling Place Apartments

I moved in here three months ago and have been very happy. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and I have had no problems. And when my neighbors were playing music too loud one night and I reported it, the manager came after 10 PM and got them to turn it down quickly. I would recommend you to come and take a look.

We have lived here quite awhile,and we are still waiting for the repaires we requested on the walk through sheet!!!!! We have made her aware several times and still nothing has been done. We have a broken window, air does not work and several other issues!!!!!! This woman they have as a manager is a JOKE in itself. I don't see how she can run an apartment complex with the way she run's things!!!! IF ANY THING HAPPENS ON THE WEEKEND- SHE SAY'S SHE IN NOT TO BE DISTURBED!!!!!!! Where in the world do you find a manager that is never available when you need her???? I WOULD NOT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE-UNTELL NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!AS OUR LEASE IS UP WE WILL BE GONE!!!!! Alot of the tentents are talking to each other abought the issues with repaires not being done. We have decided that maybe we need to get together and go to CALL FOR ACTION!!!!!!!!

I would not reccomend renting from here.There always under poor property managers. They always put late rent notice on my door even though i was never late (clueless). They never fix things in timely maner or some times at all. There always problems with parking. They tried to charge me a 2nd pet deposit because the previous manger stole from the apartments.IT has been over 60 days and i keep getting the run around about my deposit and the owners are not easy to get in touch with. They also had a slight bug problem.You are better off some where else.
