I found Dezins after reading a story about the owner in Delaware Today, after meeting the owner "Ellen" I felt very comfortable entrusting her to design my room . She listened to my likes and dislikes and she actually listened to me, unlike other designers I have worked with in the past .. Ellen was patient and innovative and as she explains "TRULY CUSTOM " nothing cookie cutter . She has fabrics that nobody else has in the area. She initially came to my house to see the space and within a few days she had about 15 fabrics for me to look at ,some were for upholstery and some for my drapes . I loved the fact she didn't try to oversell me on anything .she actually recommended i keep my existing couch and just change the fabric rather than buying a new one ... Ellen put me at ease throughout the entire process and she did it all .I am so pleased with the result and will use her for any future projects I have...||[]The showroom is absolutely beautiful and you will be pleasantly surprised with all she has in her store from potpourri to oil paintings. They have the largest selection of fabrics in town...the Designers are so helpful and try to make the whole experience a fun and enjoyable one...Their hourly consult rate is almost too cheap ..half of what some others tried to charge me...They have great talent and think out of the box in order to give you something special ,not run of the mill...The showroom is beautiful !! like it should be in Greenville. ...They will find you anything you need from furniture to mirrors ,art and more..\t\nEven my husband was impressed with ourwindow treatments...That says alot... ...read more
