Funny how it is always the shops fault. Noone ever takes ownership of NOT taking care of their own vehicles. The last customer kindly forgets to mention that Sheridan Auto Body paid over $1200 for her rental car due the that fact that they had to delay the repairs because of a backordered part from the manfacturer. She also didn't mention that she did not pay her insurance premiums and couldn't get approved for the repairs because she didn't have insurance coverage until she convinced the insurance company of the person she was in the accident with to cover it. The part that she claims was damaged by the shop was broken prior to the repair and for the shop paid for that too. There is always two sides to every story. Fact is that she had over $10k in damages and the repairs came out perfect and the car looks and operates brand new. ...read more

This place is horrible. The customer service representative at the shop is the worst. He's rude and hangs up on customers. This place had my car for months! Each time I called they told me next week. It must be they're inside joke! For as long as they had my car you would think everything would be in tip top shape by time I got it back. Not the case! I didn't even make it around the corner before turning back around and taking it back for obvious noises. Got it back and then the air conditioner wasn't working. Now. I'm taking it back for the third time for lighting issues. They broke reservoir containers under my hood and didn't even replace them, the list goes on. Stay away!!! These guys are crooks. Charged me very steep rate to replace the wheel bearings of my car. 5000 miles later, I had a problem again, which another shop diagnosed as bad wheel bearings. NOTICE -- it is not that they put bad parts or botched the job the first time around -- they actually NEVER replaced the wheel bearings, yet collected more than $1000 for parts and labor that never was.
