WARNING! If you care about someone --- do NOT send them to Nissi Driving School. I was behind a student driver last night, in the rain -- WITH NO LIGHTS ON! When I contacted Nissi about this, the gentleman told me that their job was to teach drivintg and that lights would be a distraction to the driver! IT IS A STATE LAW!!!
