Had two very large water bills over 600.00 and 890.00 dollars within a yrs time. The previous bills were non-exsistant on adverage. Been A customer of water company for over 20 yrs. I called to resolve problem and waited for response. I paid 100.00 of bill until resolving problem. instead of resolving problem I was turned over to collection agency. removed after another call to company if I paid the bill in full. checked house fixtures for leaks found nothing and remain to this day. Had practically no-exsistant bills inbetween these unbeliveable bills. I would switch to another company if I could. ...read more
