So so so rude(the manager or owner or whoever he is) he was yelling at employee in front me bc she gave me the sale price on a phone with out activating the phone bc it was a christmas gift so it had to wait. he kept going on and on about losing fifty dollars on the sale so i told him to keep the phone so he can get his 50 elsewhere. i went to boost mobile on east main street waterbury they were very nice there. do not go to wireless choice or boost mobile stand in food court. ...read more

had a car radio installed with handsfree,since day 1 ive had nothing but problems,radio stations dont come in and there answer was i should listen to a different radio statio ,my hands free has a constant humming noise,get this,they said i have to many additional wires in my jeep wrangler n thats why its makin noise,i contacted b.b.b. this is what happens when you spend over 2000.00 with these hacks.i contacted pioneer and there not authorized dealers and they told me how to fix issues but they wont,they want more money...so remember if you want things installed rite by them it will cost you extra money ...read more

I purchased a boost mobile phone from these people a month ago. I was assured that I would have absolutley no problems with both the phone and the service from boost, they are a great company and they care about their customers.\t\n Well now, let me tell you how much of a lie that was.\t\n Fisrt thing, I was told over and over that there would be no other charges other than the $50.00 a month and tax on that. A few days later, I had been having major problems with my internet and texting features on the phone.\t\n I called customer service (what a joke) and I was told that I was in fact charged for using yahoo instant messenger. $.99 for 1 message sent.\t\n After a month of nothing but problems with this phone and the service I got from boost (yet another story entirely), I bring the phone back to the store and Nick Mohammed The "Solution Manager" (hahaha) told me that he could not do anything about the phone or my problems.\t\nHe also told me that I am paying $50.00 a month for phone text web and walkie talkie and I should be happy with the garbage service that I get because that is all I pay for.\t\n When I asked him if he recommends boost moblie, he told me yes, then I asked him how he could talk so much bad about them and still recommend them.\t\n He told me to get rid of this phone and get a plan from someone else.\t\n This is no way to run a business or treat a customer.\t\n You have been warned about using this company, if you do, you will be screwed also. \t\nDont do it. ...read more
