I m looking for time and place to ach Zumba Gold to Adults in our community. I presently teach on Mondays & Fridays at theStafford Sr Center and Wednesdays at the W. Stafford Fire Dept/ I am looking for a weekday evening possibly Tuesday or Thursday from 5 pm or on for 1 hour. This would be for adults working on their fun and fitness calories badge.
