I am a frequent Goodwill Ct shopper and recently decided to try the Norwich store. I was extremely disappointed. Most of the items were ridiculously overpriced and dirty (there were actually items that I could purchase at retail stores for cheaper) and the service was dismal. A woman came over the store microphone advertising a furniture sale (50% off). I went to the furniture section because of this announcement and picked out a really cute handmade jewelry desk. Upon trying to purchase, the clerk rudely said I couldn't get the discount because she didn't consider it furniture. I don't even think the clerk was a manager and had that kind of authority. Needless to say, I put back ALL the items I planned to buy, left, and will never return to this joke of a business. ...read more

Our Mission We are taking gently used dolls, cleaning them up, fixing their hair, and then crocheting outfits for them. Some will have sewn, or store bought outfits, depending on demand. Some dolls will also come with their own blankets, when available. Also if available, we will use brand new dolls.
