I just want you to know that your Paramedic Scott Ellis and Emt Ken P. where outstanding. My 84 year old aunt, Helen Satkiewicz was assisted by these two fantastic Men. They where kind, understanding and knew their job, they were perfect from carrying her out of the house and into L&M Hospital. Scott was very efficient, sweet..he made my Aunt fell very comfortable in a very scary situation. I would recommend your company to everyone because of Scott, he had everything under control and made me (her niece) feel that everything was going to be alright.
