Creative Endeavors
Just finished creating an invitation for a friend whose daughter is graduating college. She asked me to pull together an announcement for the folks whom would not be able to attend, yet whom she'd like to announce the graduation to. It took quite a few days of design and consultation just to pull together what she truly was seeking; after that it was just a matter of pulling all the resources together. This is the first I've done; was def a learning curvature experience. The largest obstacle I ran into was my choice of glue. What I find most frustrating about this is I am bound by the constraints of other folks' imaginations. Such as, I'd like to see one package of the same word, like CELEBRATE [perhaps in a sticker]. Afterall, it's not a word that's so specific that you can only use it for one card, and yet, not one packaged. Yes, there are many packaged stickers of specific celebrations, but . . . .
