This is by far the worst of the pier ones in CT. They forget to inform you if something you ordered to be picked up in store is out of stock, then when you ask them to order it for you, they forget to do that as well. Cut to a year later when you decide to try them again, and they sell you a display cushion, ( which I ordered online, never knowing id be getting a used display item) with two gigantic holes in them! I should have known considering I picked it up and it was in a giant clear garbage bag. There aren't stores like this one anymore! High quality furniture and exceptional service. Moved from fairfield county to cheshire, so glad I found Furniture Barn! I'll never pay fairfield county/nyc prices again! ...read more

I couldn't believe that I never knew about this store. Tons of very high end furniture. We were impressed the minute we walked in. No pressure salesman followed us around andwe found the perfect piece for my husbands new tv! You have to check this place out.
